Returns
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase is required (order number, receipt, or invoice).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used contact lenses
- Custom-made or personalized lenses
- Products purchased on sale or clearance
- Gift cards
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at [support@omegazia.com] to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a copy of the shipping receipt for your records.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refunds
Refund Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund within the stated time frame, first check your bank account or credit card statement.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at [support@omegazia.com] with your order number and details about the product defect or damage.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us immediately at [support@omegazia.com]. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and, if possible, include photographs of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
